Joined in 2009

Dr. Palmer J. Johnson attended The Ohio State University; earning his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in 1974 and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1979. He practiced veterinary medicine 5 years in Florida and 25 years in Lorain, Ohio before joining the Bellevue Animal Hospital. Dr. Johnson is skilled in every area of small animal medicine, but especially enjoys internal medicine and neurology.

We usually hold an educational staff meeting from 12pm - 3pm on the second or third Wednesday of each month. We will be closed during this time.

After Hours

Since we are unable to staff our hospitals 24 hours a day, please contact one of the emergency centers below. They will be able provide you and your pet with the after hours supervision and care you need.
