During the Winter Health Challenge, the Bellevue and Sandusky Animals Hospitals will be relying heavily on something we call the ‘body condition score’. A body condition score is a compilation of pet measurements that describes a pet’s body type. This score is a number ranging from 1 to 9, with 1 being very underweight and 9 being very overweight.
