Carpal valgus is an angular limb deformity of foals in which the limb is angled outward at the knee. The focus of the deviation is usually at the growth plate and the end of the bone. It is due to unequal growth rates on each side of the bone.

Since we are unable to staff our hospitals 24 hours a day, please contact one of the emergency centers below. They will be able provide you and your pet with the after hours supervision and care you need.
